The ownership of ElektriMont is held by one individual and is consistent with the executive branch, i.e. the Company’s Board. This ensures a quick decision-making process and flexibility in operation. Furthermore, a proper business organisation enables us to maintain an optimal level of care for the quality of services and implementation of corporate strategy.
The Board of the Company meets its objectives through the promotion of an integrated management system as an effective means of multiplying the value added of the Company. It is implemented through constant monitoring of the work carried out in order to determine whether it meets the quality, environmental and health and safety requirements, and through continuous improvement of employees’ competences, systematic evaluation of our suppliers, compliance with legal requirements regarding the Company’s operations, maintaining adequate documentation etc. As a result, we pursue a policy of continuous improvement of services, enhance the commitment of employees and increase the effectiveness of work.

Each project implemented by us is managed in accordance with the proven methodology, which is based on the following procedures: PN-EN ISO 9001:2009, PN-N-18001:2004, PN-EN ISO 14001:2005, and NATO AQAP-2120:2003.
